Course Objectives General Aim The course of Specialty English is an elective course for undergraduates majoring in food nutrition and safety. The main purpose is to improve students' English reading, writing, listening, and speaking ability. Understanding and mastering of specialized vocabularies and technical terms; practicing and mastering of the skills of precise written translation of professional literature (English Chinese), and translating and writing about the titles, abstracts and keywords of the scientific research reports; and improving of writing and oral expression ability in English by watching English videos and presentations.
