Course Description This course is the second part of the Introduction to Research Methods course. Together, these two course provide an overview of research as a method of investigation using the different steps in the conduct of research and the common questions raised in the conduct of the study. The emphasis of this semester is on how to disseminate the research results, especially quantitative data analysis, data visualization, writing scientific papers, research communication, and case studies. A research manuscript in the area of interest is the primary document produced and assessed in Research Methods II. Students will demonstrate their knowledge of the course materials by analyzing data, interpreting results, summarizing research outcomes, and presenting findings in both an oral and written manner.
